Pantry Make Over Services

Our Pantry make over services are an awesome way to get some indivdual coaching and support to help you move from the typical American diet, to a Whole Foods/Clean diet...which really is not a diet in the traditional sense of the word...but instead a healthy lifestyle that will bless your family long term. 

When you sign up for a pantry make over session, we first have a 30-40 minute conversation with you over the phone to learn about your families health needs, your eating habits, your likes and dislikes pertaining to various foods, and any allergies or special needs you may have. 

We share with you some very simple things you can do to begin going through your pantry and getting ready to move into your whole foods lifestyle. 

*We do not require you to "give up" your foods that may not be super healthy ( or even healthy at all) instead we teach you the concept and principle of crowding out (we will discuss this in our first phone call.) 

We then offer you the opportunity to havev us bring in your staples and the containers which work best in most pantries for thsoe items...or for you to get your own through AMAZON before our first official visit to your home. 

After you have your containers and the suggested staples, we send our team of one - three Zesty coaches to help reorganize your pantry so that it can efficiently support you in your new lifestyle and journey to whole health. This process takes abotu 3-4 hours.
